1. Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags must be intact and attached.

• Items without tags will not be accepted.

3. Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For hygiene reasons:

• Items such as underwear must have their protective hygiene covers intact.

• Products without these protective seals will not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be initiated.

• The refund amount will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

All orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on  public holidays.

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Within India: 3 - 7 business days
• Remote or hard-to-reach areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
