Shipping Information

We ship all orders from Mumbai, India. Every order is packed carefully before it leaves us — we take packaging seriously because the unboxing moment matters to us as much as the product itself.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) — 3 to 5 business days
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 5 to 8 business days
• Remote areas and North East India — 7 to 12 business days

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next business day.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,999
• ₹99 flat on orders below ₹1,999

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this to follow your order at any time. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order being placed, please reach out to us.
