Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we want to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before reaching out — we have tried to make it as clear and fair as possible.

What can be returned or exchanged

We accept exchange requests on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached, raised within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Bikini bottoms and underwear that have been tried on without the protective hygiene strip, or with the strip removed
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code greater than 20%
  • Items where the original tags have been removed

We know this is a strict policy, and it is one we take seriously to protect every customer who orders from us. Every item is quality-checked before it leaves us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will make it right immediately — no questions asked. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at keloraklassi@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

How to request an exchange

  1. Email us at keloraklassi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange
  3. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
  5. Once we receive and inspect it, your exchange will be processed within 3 business days

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, exchanges or store credit will be offered.
